Who We Are
(Directional Leadership Team)
The Directional Leadership Team's focus is to align people, ministries and plans that bring God's mission for Centerpoint Church to life. The DLT currently consists of the Lead Pastor, Senior Associate Pastor (vacant), and Executive Pastor.
John Hansen became the 3rd lead pastor here in January, 2004. John attended Rutgers University in New Jersey. He graduated with a Major in World Religions and a minor in Spanish. He served as a missionary in China several years, and graduated from Fuller Theological Seminary in 2002 with his M.Div. degree. He loves paragliding, snowboarding, hiking, mountain-biking, and anything extreme. He enjoys leading teams from our church to Africa on mission trips. His wife Ann is an RN and has served on several mission trips to Africa, Mexico, Bulgaria, and places in between. They have three kids: Toby, Noah, and Shiloh.
Kim Seebach began his ministry with Centerpoint Church, March 2015. Assistant Connections Pastor
Season is a daughter of the Most-High King. After spending over 30 years performing on stage (from the time she could walk) the Lord called her into ministry. That led Season to pursue her Masters of Divinity from Bethel Seminary and to join Christianmingle.com. One led her to graduate with her M.Div in May of 2016 and the other led her to her husband, Kris, and her 3 amazing daughters (11, 13, and 15). Passionate about freedom and healing, releasing the glory of God, and telling the best story well through preaching and teaching, Season has big dreams and prays even bigger. She and her husband LOVE to travel and are always ready with a "yes" to whatever and wherever the Holy Spirit leads. While full of life and joy, she also is almost always full of iced tea.
Guest Services Pastor
Adriana Bradley has one goal and that is to make God smile. One of the greatest joys in her life is to see others do the same. God’s house is a special place for Adriana as she found refuge in it and made it her safe place at a very young age. Two words to best describe Adriana are vintage bright. Adriana grew up with a mom that passionately loved all things repurposed and 2nd hand and she inherited this passion. In 2009 Adriana decided to love God more by exploring how much God loved her and surrendered to the idea that she can never out love God and as a result found a greater capacity to love herself and others through Centerpoint church.
Adriana has served God all over California in Escondido, San Pedro, Santa Monica, Santa Maria, San Francisco and overseas in Russia and Spain.

Middle School Pastor
If we could describe James in one word it would be an "influencer." James pursued Brooke in middle school and is now married to her. He is a passionate evangelistic Youth Pastor and Worship Leader, publishing songwriter, and inspiring blogger. James is planning to publish his first book sometime this year. James and Brooke are passionate about speaking the Gospel in a way that makes sense to this generation, who is desperately seeking answers. James loves skinny, holy jeans, hot coffee, and Harley Davidson motorcycles. James and Brooke love their city and plan to be here for the long haul.
Connections & Outreach Pastor
Allen is the Connections and Outreach Pastor here at Centerpoint. Allen and his wife, Julie, have served as missionaries, evangelists, church planters and pastors for over two decades. They have three children whom they love and adore, AJ, James and MyCalah. Allen and family are passionate about God and living life to the full. Their dream is to spread God’s love and life to everyone they come in contact with, to connect with people and see their dreams become a reality.
"If I miss the focus of His heart, I've missed it all.”

These are just a few of the verses and thoughts that motivate, inspire and fuel the fire of the Diaz family.
Cory Christie, CPA, MBA, joined our staff in 2007 after several years of leading the accounting functions as a volunteer. Cory praises God that even administrative gifts can be integrated into and complement other giftings in the church at Centerpoint for His glory! She believes the tools of technology allow those in the body of Christ to more fully love and serve one another. She is blessed to have volunteers and staff to support the administrative functions in the office on a weekly basis. Her husband, Stephen, is Assistant Professor in the College of Business at Cal Baptist Riverside. They have two grown kids, Mat, a college student at UCSB, and Alex, a graduate of Cal Poly Pomona. Alex married her husband, Matt, in June of 2011. Cory's other passions include Women’s Ministry and Angels baseball games!
Karen Trafford has been a part of Centerpoint for over 23 years. She has seen a lot of growth and changes over the years and loves her church. She has been married for 25 years to her husband Roger and they are blessed with two daughters Amanda 23, a Nursing student, and Rachel 20, a Sociology major. Karen has volunteered in the Accounts Payable side of the church and is now happy to be working with the Accounts Receivable side as well. Karen has also helped Roger with his Electrical Contracting business with the administrative side for 24 years. She loves being with family and friends and enjoys working out, watching football, taking college classes, and being outdoors.
Cecillia met Jason at our church in 1991, were married in 1994, and have loved serving the church body here ever since. “OCD about numbers” is what Jason says about her. Cecillia is currently the Accounting Assistant to Cory Christie which suits her “behind the scenes” service desires and Jason works on the Audio Team. Cecillia and Jason also coordinate Financial Peace University. Cecillia and Jason have one son, Les (b. 1999), who is a brain cancer survivor. Cecillia’s hobbies include knitting, cooking, and reading.

Jim has been part of our church for over a decade and has served the body as a Board Member and now as the Facilities Maintenance Director. He and his wife, Melanie, and have been married for 42 years and enjoy biking and hiking in their retirement. They came to know the Lord in the early 70s during the Jesus movement. Jim retired from teaching after spending 37 years in the classroom with his final 25 years teaching in Temecula. They've built a log cabin from a Kit in Idyllwild. They did the work themselves over a 3 year period. They have two grown children and 6 grandchildren. They're involved as LifeGroup Leaders with an incredible group of community, and Melanie is a Women’s Study Leader. Jim also assists with the Mexico loft house ministry.
