Who We Are
Black Sheep Harley-Davidsons for Christ
After 30 years of ministry in the local church, Christ called Marty to rally tens of thousands of Harley riders, to organize and strategically reach out to other riders with the Good News and compassion of Jesus Christ. BSHDFC is more than just a motorcycle club. It’s a motorcycle ministry of men and women that ride for Jesus - helping and serving H.O.G. members and chapters across the country. The ministry exists “To introduce Jesus Christ to the world of motorcycle riders, for the purpose of making more and better disciples through the ministry of the local church.” While remaining involved in a local church, Black Sheep gets to ride with other believers, meet new friends that ride, support people , share God’s love and how to become saved, if they so choose. Marty is a graduate of Fuller Theological Seminary and Point Loma University, as well as the founding pastor of our church, originally named The Lamb’s Fellowship back in 1988. He and his wife, Debbie, have two grown sons, Jonathan (married) and Gabriel.
Eden Reforestation Projects
Steve grew up in the Philippines and loved to explore nature. In 1997 and 2001, he went back and was shocked by the destruction that had taken place. The coral reefs had been destroyed by dynamite fishing, jungles had been largely deforested, top-soil was eroding into the ocean as a result of the deforestation, and reefs were being polluted as a result of all of these tragedies. During this same time, he went to Ethiopia where similar things were happening. He began talking to other third-world workers in many other different places and learned that they had seen this kind of destruction and harm before. So, Steve began to consider what could be done. In the middle of all of these things, he was given an invitation by Halle Marian, President of the Southern People’s Region of Ethiopia, to take over a defunct reforestation nursery. Doors began to open as others turned to Steve for help and it became apparent that in order to best help these lives and communities, he would have to teach and promote “creation care.” Since that time, the Eden Projects has grown to minister in Sudan, Kenya, Ethiopia and Madagascar. They have planted MILLIONS of seedlings and look forward to further healing LANDS and LIVES. Steve and his wife, Claudette, have 3 kids - Danielle (married), Josiah, and Caleb.

Scott and Mandy Pulliam
"He is the one who put the passion and excitement in our hearts for what He's doing in the world, and now we get to go take part in a small piece of it! He is the one who paved the way, opening doors and provision in the most clear ways for us. He never sent a lightening bolt from His throne room, nor did He send the angel Gabriel to our bedside to terrify us in the night. Instead He spoke in such personal ways that we could not deny. The absolute knowing in our heart when it came, piece by piece, not even all at once, the goosebumps that covered our entire being--all so close to our hearts we knew it was our Shepherd. In ways that, once the feeling was gone, it would be so possible and easy to rationalize our way out of. When looking at finances, experience, and our own abilities--but then again, we don't want to give others what we are capable of!"

Monty and Karen Sharp
For many students, growing up is tough, especially in a culture filled with sexual pressures, drug abuse, and disintegrating family life. Parents, teachers and youth leaders play a crucial role in helping young people make successful choices. That’s what Student Venture is all about. We are a locally-based organization, here to help young people and their families tackle the issues of life and come out winners. Monty Sharp has served for the last 27 years as the Director of Student Venture (the high school ministry of Campus Crusade for Christ) in the Temecula/Murrieta/Lake Elsinore area. He started with 9 students, and they are currently working with 3,000+ high school, junior high, and college-age students and their families, on 13 high school and 13 middle school campuses in our valley. Monty has a rich, diverse background. “I’ve tried politics, I’ve tried government and I’ve tried business,” he says, “but nothing can change the world like changing a teenager’s heart.”
